Booking an Elective Admission
If you are a Jessie McPherson Private Hospital credentialed Doctor, use the following form to book your patients in:

- Please note the Monash Heart Private Cardiac Liaison Coordinator is available 7 days a week from 0700 -1700.
- Outside of these hours your call will be diverted to the Jessie McPherson Private Hospital Coordinator who will manage admissions.
