Bio:

Mr Nick Roubos is an experienced Cardiothoracic surgeon caring for patients with complex cardiothoracic conditions.

Having completed a B.Med.Sci. at Monash University, Mr Roubos worked in Research at the Baker Institute (Alfred Hospital). Mr Roubos went on to complete his surgical training in cardiothoracic surgery in Australia before going abroad, continuing his training in the United Kingdom.

Mr Roubos has experience in many aspects of cardiac and thoracic surgery including:

• Coronary artery bypass surgery
• Valve repair and replacement
• Aortic surgery
• Lung cancer surgery
• VATS procedures (minimally invasive)
  • Pleurodesis, biopsy, mediastinal masses
• Pericardiectomy
• TAVI
